Stress Management

I took a de-stress run this morning.

It was so beautiful at Crissy Field

Calvin was a good running partner

After I zenned out with this sewing project

it's this grey twill that I am detailing with a yellow stitch

kinda looks like a giant garbage bag in this light.....
it is filled with bean bag pellets so it makes a great backrest for reading
