Gardening

I decided to take some zen time for myself on friday and did some work in the garden.

We are adopting this pine bonsai from Oliver's mom, which needs a little tlc.

I loosened up the rootball and repotted it in some new soil and fertilized with my favorite seaweed mixture.

After gallons upon gallons of seaweed water, these creeping vines are finally really growing. The hydrangea was a gift from a friend last christmas which I moved into the ground this summer. It will eventually get bush size I think. I love the color.

 Grass pathetic, but rest of garden looking pretty good.

When Kit got home we made some chocolate chip cookie dough -which we never bake and eat raw.

Calvin helped clean up the mess.
