Sorry, it's Dullsville around here

This post is going to be a bore. That's because all I've been doing for days is paint. Period. That's boring.

I went with Lead Gray from Benjamin Moore. It's got a little blue in it which is not being picked up very well in these photos. This shed is hard to photograph -it's a northern exposure and I don't like to use the flash on my camera, so getting the correct exposure is tricky.

The ceiling is taking forever to paint because of all the little tiny crevasses created by the v-groove planking.

I have to go in with a little brush at the beam for each one and I may have a crick in my neck for the rest of my life.

I finished one of four bays today. I'm going for the full paint-out in here -trim, windows, and ceiling all the same color. This is the first time I've been brave enough to paint out the ceiling in the same color, and I'm really digging it. I am leaving the beams and the cedar planking on the other walls natural though, and trust me, they're  not the obnoxious orange that they appear to be in these pics.

I've read all your posts back to this one (need to start my chores so I'll stop here. now.) and want to let you know I am looking forward to following your posts regularly now.
Your shed re-do is so RAD and mod - Cheers!

Very glad you found me and left a comment. I just checked out your space too. Extremely funny video with GP. I agree, she's cool. Usually haters=jealousy.
